"I’m still waiting to get my assets recovered..."
I’m still waiting to get my assets recovered, my gut says this is taking way longer than it should. I reached out to support hoping for some clarity, but they weren’t very helpful and mostly left me feeling more unsure than before.

"Swaps are handy, but Trust Wallet needs to own the rough spots"
I mostly use Trust Wallet for swaps, it works fine a lot of the time. The app is easy to get around, and I like that I don’t have to move my coins all over the place just to make a trade.
That said, the experience isn’t always smooth. Quotes can shift really quickly, fees don’t always feel clear upfront, and I’ve had a couple of swaps fail while still losing the network fee. I get that blockchain fees are part of the deal, but there should be clearer warnings and more accountability when users end up paying for a transaction that doesn’t go through.
The support info also feels bare-bones, so when something goes wrong, you’re mostly left figuring it out yourself. It’s not a terrible wallet, but it could be a lot better if Trust Wallet were more transparent and responsive about failed swaps and unexpected costs. For me, it’s a 3-star experience.

"The scam warnings are actually useful..."
The scam warnings are actually useful and easy to notice, which is nice because apparently we all have to dodge fake tokens and sketchy links every five minutes now. It helped me avoid a few dodgy things, so I do feel safer using it overall.

I mean, I didn’t need anything super fancy, just something that could handle different chains without making it a hassle. This does that well. Switching between them is easy enough, so for what I needed, I’m happy with it.

"I ran into an issue with my wallet..."
I ran into an issue with my wallet and opened a support ticket, but it just felt off from the start. The replies I got were super basic and basically repeated the same stuff over and over. My gut feeling was that nobody was actually reading what I wrote. I waited for days, didn’t get a real answer or any proper follow-up, and the whole thing ended up being really frustrating

"Pretty reliable "most of the time""
I’ve been using Trust Wallet for a while now, it’s been solid overall. The app opens quickly, and I don’t really run into crashes, which is a big deal for me. Every now and then, my balances take a little time to refresh or the network feels kind of slow, but it usually sorts itself out. It’s not "perfect," but it’s reliable enough that I keep coming back to it. 4 stars...

I gave Trust Wallet a try, and wow, it really does make you work for the privilege of using your own coins. I spent way too long just trying to figure out where everything was and how to send anything. The buttons and menus are not exactly intuitive, unless I guess you already live and breathe crypto. I got stuck twice and eventually just gave up, because apparently checking your coins shouldn’t be that simple.

I mostly use Trust Wallet to send smaller amounts of crypto, and when it works fast, it’s totally fine. Some transactions go through without much waiting, so I know it can be smooth sometimes.
But other times, it just hangs there pending way longer than I expected, which gets frustrating if I’m trying to move funds quickly. I’m not always sure if it’s the app or the network, but either way, it makes the experience feel unreliable.

Overall, the wallet works, but the speed being so hit or miss is starting to make me think about switching if it doesn’t improve. For now, I’d probably give it 3 stars...

The app itself works fine for the most part, but the transaction fees can get annoying and they’re not always explained clearly. I’ve learned not to expect much help from customer service either, so when something looks off, I don’t feel super confident it’ll actually get cleared up.

"Still not totally confident about the security"
I’ve been using the wallet for a little while now, it mostly works fine day to day. But every time I log in or move things around, I get this little feeling like the security could be a bit stronger. Nothing bad has happened, but it just doesn’t give me that fully locked-down, worry-free feeling yet.
